Emily Langridge is a film director and member of IATSE Local 58 and Local 873. Emily is a multifaceted story-teller who is passionate about the adaptive and courageous spirits of individuals with medical setbacks. Her previous works have covered topics such as cystinosis, multiple sclerosis, autism, and Erb’s palsy.
Emily is a two-time recipient of the Norman Jewison Filmmaker award and participated in the Doc Institute & Laidlaw Foundation Bursary Program. Her film Menesetung was screened at TIFF Canada’s Top Ten festival, and her short doc at the Vitreous Film Festival 2023.
